CAPACITY
The amount of energy and capacity available for purchase from outside the system.
(Electric utility) - The maximum amount of electricity that a generating unit, power plant or utility can produce under specified conditions. Capacity is measured in megawatts and is also referred to as the NAMEPLATE RATING.
