Darcy

A unit of permeability. A porous medium has a permeability of 1 Darcy when a pressure of one (1) atmosphere is applied to force a liquid of one (1) cP viscosity through a sample one (1) cm long and one (1) cm2 in cross section at a rate of one (1) cm3 per second.
