Trichloroethane
A method of assessing the work or calorific value of different sources of energy in terms pertaining to one tonne of coal.
A solvent, when vaporised contributing to stratospheric ozone depletion. It is being phased out under the Montreal Protocol. (see also CFCs, Halons and HCFCs)
